Girl patterns were made on a Mystic Kids doll:

Neck circumference: 7 cm
Chest circumference: 18.5 cm
Shoulder width: 8.5 cm
Arm length: 13.5 cm
Arm circumference: ?? cm
Wrist circumference: ?? cm
Waist circumference: 13.5 cm
Hip circumference: 18.5 cm
Thigh circumference: 10.5 cm
Waist to floor length: 21.5 cm
Ankle circumference: ?? cm
Foot length: 5.5 cm

Boy patterns were made on a MyouDoll:
Height: 45 cm
Neck circumference: 7.5 cm
Chest circumference: 18 cm
Shoulder width: 9.3 cm
Arm length: 17.5 cm

Wrist circumference: ?? cm
Waist circumference: 14.5 cm
Hip circumference: 19 cm
Thigh circumference: 11 cm
Waist to floor length: 22.5 cm
